Welcome to The Wellness Way!
I'm Ellie Debnam, a qualified NLP Master Practitioner, Life Coach, and passionate advocate for personal development. I'm on a mission to empower women to break free from their physical and mental blocks, make lasting changes in their lives, increase self-worth and confidence, and unlock their highest potential.
I am someone who now lives life on my terms. I prioritise my health, my well-being, and my life's purpose, and I’m committed to being the best version of myself. I know who I am at my core, and I have a crystal-clear vision of where I want to go in life. Confidence and self-belief fuel me—I know that if I put my mind to something, I will achieve it.
But my journey hasn’t always been this way. I once struggled with the lowest self-esteem, battling an eating disorder and depression. I was always attracting environments, relationships and friendships that didn’t serve me. At one point, I had no idea who I was or what I truly wanted.
Stress, trauma from the sudden loss of my dad at 21, and overwhelming self-doubt ruled my life. I didn’t trust myself, feared failure, and couldn’t stick with anything. I started countless projects and businesses, but without a clear plan to follow through, they always fell apart.
That’s why I created The Wellness Way. I know firsthand how powerful it is to break free from limiting beliefs and take ownership of your life by adapting your mental and physical health.
I want to create an online coaching programme like never before.. A coach that will not only be with you every step of your journey but help you make huge shifts to your mindset as well as your lifestyle.
